The Floodplain Management Ordinance (No. 705) is adopted by reference and at least one copy of said document adopted on or about February 14, 2011 shall be marked or stamped “official copy” as incorporated by Ordinance No. 705 and made available at reasonable times and reasonable hours at the City Building for the City of Potwin, Kansas.
